The xxxxx xxxxx hotel was amazing and the staff were very helpfull. The only downside to the visit was a noisy guess on the next room that left the tv on all night.

Overall a poor hotel , rooms very drab and unspiring , bathroom ...well would be ok in a bupa hospital, breakfast a shambles ... why should you queue , then be left with very little

"Disappointing room for a 5 star hotel...."
...Double room barely big enough for 2 adults , located in a tucked-away position with no view at all ...certainly not a good deal for the price . Staff good though .

I do know when you book these bargain breaks you don`t get the top notch rooms but....
Although room was quite adequate, we were on the 8th floor, & the noise from air conditioning units?
Was like being xxxxxed next to a HGV vehicle fridge unit in a layby all night! Otherwise a lovely stay.

"Nice hotel, but average rooms, not 5 star"
The room is more 3 star than 5 star, nothing special about it. I have stayed in alot more better 4 star accomodation. Not even any kettle or tea and coffee facilities in the room. Bathroom ok except showe head in middle of bath, rather than at the end.

Room interior dull and tired poor finish in bathroom - Room facility lacking not what I would expect from this level of Hotel. The wine choose limited and basic and very expensive

Fabulously located hotel, for a very good price given the prices of other hotels located nearby. Granted the decor in the bathroom was a little tired, but that didn`t detract from the overall experience. My stay was nothing but positive and I wouldn`t hesitate to stay there again.
