"in just the right place!"
hotel staff polite and courteous, our shower was running cold and they responded immediately and it was repaired. Breakfast queue very long on Wednesday morning but no problems on Thursday. Small room but comfy beds!

"Hotel and Staff."
Found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Hotel clean, and ideally situated. Will be staying at the hotel again in November and December this year. Would certainly recommend.
"a friendly, well run hotel. long wait for lifts when on higher rooms and an early breakfast essent"
Excellent location for central London, hotel room was clean and tidy lovely bathroom, breakfast was a good choice and staff friendly. Excellent value for money
"Ok hotel for the price."
The hotel is in a good location and for the price you cant complain. The beds are not the most comfortable you will find but are ok for a couple of nights. Trying to get a lift to stop at your floor is a lottery and the breakfast is basic but, on the whole,ok for a short break.
"Sited in a very good position for Covent Gardens shops and British Museum"
