"My favourite hotel"
I`ve stayed in many hotels in London but this is my favourite. I`ve stayed here 3 times now and I was up graded to a suite for free on my 40th birthday by the management. The rooms, staff and location can`t be faulted.
Amazing view from the room. Thanks to staff and management for the bottle of prosecco that was delivered to us for our anniversary. Highly recommend hotel
"Fantastic Location much better inside than it looks from the outside"
Smashing staff ,so helpful, great view of the water from our window, nice breakfast great coffee
Stayed here last year and it was just as good this year. Staff are helpful and there is plenty of choice for food and drink in At Katherine`s Dock, and Tower Bridge is literally on the doorstep!
Room looked out to Tower Bridge great. Also we were given a present from management for my husbands birthday, they knew he had been seriously ill and the hotel suited really well. The only part which was not perfect was we felt the room was stuffy due to air conditioning . Fantastic one off treat for us.
Don`t be put off by the exterior...Everything inside makes it a top hotel. Friendly helpful staff, comfortable rooms and great view of Tower Bridge. The package as a whole, cannot be beaten...Hotel Direct pulled it off, big style!
hotel was well positioned next to the tower, the only problem we had was they said breakfast finished at 11am, but didn`t tell us it closed at 10;30am monday to friday
Used hotel when coming to watch rugby. 45 min walk to Waterloo station to get train to twickenham. Fantastic view of tower bridge and close to restaurants and nightlife. Lovely staff who allowed us to get in room early (free upgrades well) to dump bags before heading out for the day. Rooms clean and decor to high standard. Didn`t use the restaurants but looked to be high standard
