Tregurrian Villas is an exclusive development of three 2 bedroom villas offering high standard accommodation just 100 yards from the superb sandy beach at Watergate Bay. Each self-catering villa has two bedrooms on the ground floor, one double room and one twin room, with satellite TV, DVD player and the bedding made up for your arrival. Upstairs you will find the lounge featuring a widescreen satellite TV, DVD player and a comfortable double sofa bed. Also upstairs is the kitchen and dining area fully equipped with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The reception for Tregurrian Villas is at Beachcombers Apartments just 200 yards away where you will also find a small shop selling essentials.
All Tregurrian Villas guests are welcome to enjoy the hotel amenities at the Porth Veor Manor just 2 miles away in Porth, including the outdoor heated pool (Apr-Oct), bar, restaurant and laundry facilities. Table reservations to dine in their restaurant offering superb cuisine can be made at Beachcombers Reception.

Conveniently situated only a 10 minute drive away from Newquay, you can enjoy the town centre`s many attractions and entertainment facilities, explore its famous beaches and discover the breath-taking North Coast of Cornwall. Several of Cornwall`s main attractions are also within easy reach of the Tregurrian Villas, such as Newquay Zoo and The Blue Reef Aquarium. the Eden Project and the beautiful fishing village of Padstow are also within a 30 minute drive.

Getting there:
BY CAR: Follow the A30 into Cornwall past Bodmin. After approximately 10 miles leave the A30 at the junction marked Newquay and Airport. Take the 3rd exit off the roundabout signed Newquay, Wadebridge and Airport. Proceed along the dual carriageway to the next roundabout and take the 1st exit signed Newquay and Airport. Proceed about 1.5 miles and take the right hand turn at the next junction following signs for Watergate Bay, you will find the apartments along this road.
