The hotel was ideally situated for us. The staff were absolutely helpful with nothing too much trouble. The room was excellent with just a couple of minor niggles; one of the cups was badly cracked and the sink plug did not seal so couldn`t retain the water. The bed was very comfortable and we had a perfect sleep. Breakfast was incredible with everything one could wish for. As it was my wife`s birthday the hotel put a bottle of wine in our room and one of the waiters presented her with two small inscribed cakes at breakfast, an excellent and personal touch.

Had a lovely 4 day stay the hotel was very good lovely staff very helpful breakfasts were very good thank you for a lovely stay would definitely  return to this hotel very central for London eye big Ben  and houses of parliament

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff were polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We had breakfast which was varied, hot and delicious. The rooms were comfortable, clean and had everything you could need. 
I would stay here again.

Great location. Very clean. Dining area too small leading to queues at breakfast. Possibly only a problem at weekends. Slightly confusing which hotel we were staying at as there`s a bigger (nicer!) xxxxx plaza next door which wasn`t clear when booking.

"Amazingly friendly staff"
We arrived at 10:00am and allowed to book straight in to our room. The reception staff, concierge, cleaners, restaurant staff, everybody went out of their way to be friendly and accommodate your every need. would definitely stay here again

From start to finish our experience in this hotel couldn`t have been better all the staff were very friendly the rooms were fantastic and very clean the food was fantastic I couldn`t recommend the hotel highly enough
