The fixture list has been released for the upcoming Spanish football season, with Barcelona FC set for showdown contests against bitter rivals Real Madrid at the Nou Camp in the Supercopa de Espana first leg on 23 August, before facing off in the league on 7 October at the same venue.

Labelled ‘El Claisco`, due to the team`s intense rivalry and penchant for producing spectacular clashes, the matches will take place in one of the finest stadiums in the world before an electric atmosphere, with the city sure to be abuzz in the build up to this gladiatorial contest.

Although tickets for ‘El Clasico` will be difficult to come by, there are a number of other games taking place over the course of the season that will provide significant excitement for audiences in the Nou Camp.
