Excitement is gathering around this year`s Dublin Book Festival after the event`s line-up was confirmed.
Based in and around the Smock Alley Theatre and running from 13 – 18 November, the popular festival will include some familiar faces, with the likes of Catherine Fulvio and Dr Eva Orsmond making a return to the packed programme, which is almost entirely free of charge.
Readings, interviews, debates, book launches and workshops for adults, children and schools and a range of special guest appearances represent some of the events and activities that will be on offer to festival goers.
It is hoped a community atmosphere that showcases the diversity, vitality and talent of Irish publishers and writers will be created as a result of the festival.
Just one of many cultural events and activities taking place in the Irish capital, it could represent a great festival to enjoy whilst taking a break in one of the excellent Dublin hotels.
