Visitors heading to the Scottish capital at the end of the month will have the opportunity to combine a trip to one of the finest zoos in Europe with a spooktacular experience coinciding with Halloween.
The Edinburgh Zoo mansion will open for a ghost hunt after dusk on Wednesday 31 October, with visitors throwing themselves into a building with more than 200 years of history and the home of many unexplained sights, sounds and experiences.
Join expert ghost hunter Jimmy Devlin and spiritualist medium Jackie Drummond in an effort to communicate with spirits such as the famed Grey Lady, who reportedly appears on the staircase from time to time, and was even spotted as recently as last month by a child.
Other unusual goings-on include the wails of a crying baby emitting from the walls, whilst security guards have given chase to apparent trespassers, cornering them, only to find no-one was there.
Come and enjoy a memorable Halloween and combine a spooky experience with a break in one of the excellent
Edinburgh hotels.
