It has been announced that Mary Chapin Carpenter will be performing live in Edinburgh this coming October, with the performance forming part of a huge tour across the British Isles by the star.

She made history at the awards back in 1995, becoming the first artist ever to win the coveted Best Female Country Vocal Performance four consecutive times.
