The low-cost, South West-based airline Flybe has announced that it will be running a number of new flight routes to the Spanish city of Barcelona from next year.
Officials from the company have confirmed that both Southampton and Exeter airports will benefit from the new services, which are due to start on March 31st.
The Southampton flights will take place three times a week, whilst Exeter will run them twice weekly. This is sure to be welcomed by potential passengers who are based fairly close to these airports as the new services will be the first non-stop ones of their kind to operate from these locations.
With more opportunities than ever to book cheap trips to the beautiful Catalonian capital, one of Europe`s most glamorous destinations, there is no doubt that the many Barcelona hotels
will see a rise in the number of guests they welcome in the coming months and years.
