One of the most popular British groups of the 1990s onwards, Ocean Colour Scene, have announced a select series of six dates next year, and two of them will be held at The Academy venue in Dublin.

The Birmingham-based band have released a total of nine albums since they first appeared with their self-titled debut record back in 1992, and have recently announced that a tenth is in the pipeline, with members of their loyal group of followers no doubt hoping that they will be treated to sneak peeks of some of these new tracks when they perform in the Irish capital on the 15th and 16th February.



Ocean Colour Scene are best known for a string of four consecutive top ten albums, released between 1996 and 2001, which spawned such successful singles as ‘The Day We Caught the Train` and ‘Hundred Mile High City`.
