Registration is currently open for the Barcelona Half Marathon, with the event marking the return of one of the most popular sporting events to take place in the capital.
Although the race is open to 12,500 hopefuls, spaces are soon snapped up as runners from all over the world join city dwellers in the hope of reaching the finish line in good time. A 13 mile route through the winding city streets, it provides the perfect test of determination and stamina, offering participants a fantastic feeling of achievement when they cross the finishing line.
The Barcelona Half Marathon will fire out of the blocks on the 17 February 2013. Registration is now open from the event`s official website, with entry costing as little as €22 and includes a complimentary race goody bag.
