Finnish rock group The Rasmus are due to rock Barcelona later this year with a date confirmed at the city`s Sala Salamandra 1 venue for November 23rd.

Although the band were formed in their home country as long ago as 1994 and started achieving success there shortly after with the release of their debut album `Peep` in 1996, it was not until 2003 that they achieved mainstream global success when the now classic rock anthem ‘In the Shadows` climbed to the top of charts around the world, which helped the record `Dead Letters` sell over 1.5 million copies.

The Rasmus still retain a hugely loyal international fanbase and, earlier this year, brought out their eighth, self-titled studio album, which they will be touring extensively to their many adoring followers over the next few months.
