Its so cental we didnt need to use the underground just walked everywhereAlthough the hotel is just off tottenham court Road, it was very quiet. The rooms were very nice and bed very comfortable. Staff very helpful and plesant. Would recommend this hotel.

The bar prices are very expensive, but I guess that`s to be expected in a hotel. Very highly reccomended.

I visited the beauty salon -Jinja for a manicure which was fantastic and reasonably priced. I would use the hotel again when staying in London. The only complaint I had is that the walls seemed quite thin and I had to call down to reception after listening to next doors alarm going of continously for half an hour. The lady at reception did manage to sort it out in less than 10 minutes after my call which I was pleased about.

They tried to give us another chaps room for 1 night we had booked 2.That apart is was eventually sorted and the hotel itself was excellent . Good facilities lovely clean bedding although room was small we were out and about for most of the time so this did not matter.If doing the Theatre, Covet Garden and Soho you could not be better placed. The tube wwas also a direct line to other places we wished to visit . Would stay again

They warned us timely regarding Stansted Railway strike on our return travel day, so that we could arrange other means of transport to the airport. | Guest rating: | 10/6/2009 | | "How small ?" | | | | Very average stay,in a very small room.I cannot recall staying in such a small room,we borrowed an ironing board,& struggled to find space to use it,bathroom tiny,stepped out of shower into a small space at the side of the loo,good job we did not take the cat for a swing!Breakfast £18,use the numerous cafe`s down the road to make a saving & see a bit of London at the same time.Location very good for theatres & Soho,plenty of pubs & restaurants within a stones throw.Generally hotel has no character,very sterile,but can organise chocolate body paint & a feather! If hotel included room area in description,I would not have booked,no matter how good the hotel reputation.
