Guest rating:  | 10/7/2010 | | "Ideal location for the Marais and close to the Metro for accessing any part of a Paris visit." | | | | We found the hotel very relaxed with very pleasant staff to meet and greet you. Confess not to utilising too much of the inhouse breakfast facilities nore to the sleeping accommodation. This however was at all times clean and well maintained to a high standard with good air conditioning in our room during our stay of average July temperatures in Paris of 30 - 35 degrees. Would highly recommend this hotel and we will be back. A very good location with plenty of good access to all the Paris tourist spots and frankly those that we preferred - NOT so tourist!! Another nice condition of this hotel was that on our last day, or any day for that matter, we had until twelve o`clock mid-day to vacate!! Robin and Joyce Campbell July 2010 (Hitchin, Hertfordshire)

Very few toiletries supplied in rooms for a 4-star hotel. Otherwise, satisfactory and comfortable stay in a surprisingly quiet location of Paris. Would recommend.

| | Guest rating:  | 22/4/2010 | | "Windscreen wipers stolen and replaced in hotel car park" | | | | Our windscreen wipers were not only stolen from our car that was parked in the building car park - shared with other residents, but with spaces reserved for the hotel - but professionally replaced with rusted wipers. The person or persons clearly had ample time to do this, and we did not notice until the journey home. We had specifically booked this hotel because of the so-called secure parking, but it made no difference whatsoever.

| | Guest rating:  | 30/3/2010 | | "Don`t bother not 4 star! ! " | | | | Hotel lobby seemed nice, room was dark and needed an up grade, stains on pillows and horrible woolen blankets! When I asked to change room the receptionist told me nothing else was available that night and I should come back in the morning and she would check with the house keeper! No appologies and nothing offered to make us feel mor comfortable. Not 4 star service and def not worth the money even at a discounted rate!
