Guest rating:  | 23/8/2010 | | "staff " | | | | we had some teething troubles but were quickly resolved with minimum of fuss. The staff,especially the reception staff were brilliant with us and I can`t fault them in anyway.The hotel is very clean and 3* not 4 as advertised. Tea and coffee in the room would have been nice, and was missed.

Staff were helpful. I asked for a key for the minibar in order to take some water on the first night. On the second night - the key had disappeared and it was too late to get it. Overall - I was disappointed - the hotel was a long way out of town (although close to the Metro) and looked shabby and not at all how it appeared on the website. Sorry - I`d rate it no more than 2 star at the absolute most.

Unfortunately on our arrival our booking had not been transfered to the hotel. The manager was extremely helpful and able to allocate us rooms and apologized for the mistake. Our stay was very enjoyable.
