Staff very friendly,hotel it self does need a touch up in places,roof terrace is lovely and food `s good to.Stayed 2 day`s an had no problems .20min walk from station or can get a tram or bus no problem 128578;

Access to hot and cold drinks in the room in the day would be a bonus. Caters for large groups to eat on site but not individuals. Limited number of local restaurants.

Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was overlooking the garden which was noisy until 3- 4 am!! Probably because it was Friday and Saturday nights!! The rooms were fairly clean. The breakfast was very good. There was water in the fridge (in the room) that we used thinking it was complimentary, as there was no note anywhere that they were chargeable. However, when checking out we were charged 7 Euros that We paid without any discussion, even though they did not mention this anywhere in their website, confirmation email or in the room.
