"Ideal hotel for seeing Rome."
This hotel is in an excellent location to take in all the historic areas of Rome. It is comfortable, clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. There is an added avantage of being close to many high class shops for the ardent shopper. The metro close by is useful for airport and periferal travel at a very low cost.

"A Real Gem"
A lovely hotel, perfectly located with friendly, helpful staff. Having never been to Rome before and with so many hotels to choose from, we couldn`t have picked anything better. Would highly recommend.

"Room small with no natural light."
PLUS: Very convenient for city centre, surrounded by good restaurants (some quite expensive due to exchange rate) and close to Espagna Metro station. Staff all very helpful. Reception staff all speak excellent English. Continental breakfast (included) good, with plenty of choice. Bathroom big and well equipped. MINUS: Room was very small - just about room for beds - no chairs. No natural light, as window overlooked central well. Breakfast room, in cellar, cramped and unsuitable.

"Charged 100 Euros for supposed free incoming calls"
During our stay I made 2 calls costing .81 and .66 euros respectively. My friend checked with the hotel staff if incoming calls were free and was told they were. His friend who lives in Italy phoned him 3 times.They charged me 101.88 euros. They said my friend had made the calls (which he had not) t hey gave me a bill which does dot seem to add up saying they could not tell if they were incoming. This spoiled a lovely holiday and upset my friend who felt accused. They also wanted to charge 44 euros for the tax which has to be paid in cash. The receipt showed 40 euros and he seemed suprised till I pointed out the maximum they charge is for 10 nights. I am now nearly £100 out of pocket which I am disgusted about as they received over 2,300 euros. Please can others be aware of this. I will never stay there again

"Excellent location, friendly staff."
Hotel in excellent location, close to metro and easily accessible to all places of interest. Room small but adequate, very clean. Good value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definiately recommend hotel to friends.
