"bathroom needs to be refurbished and breakfast is basic; all staff very polite and extremely helpful"
compared with other hotels in similar places and cost, the bathroom was in a poor state and badly needs updatingwallpaper peeling off walls, room needs to be decoratedbreakfast - needs some fresh fruit/ yoghurts - other hotels do it, this one needs to do so too

"clean and comfortable, friendly and helpful, value for money, central"
Happy to stay or recommend this friendly hotel, conveniently close to the main attractions but also quiet. Older building needs a 10 step carry of cases but small lift for the rest of the stairs is adequate. English spoken, breakfast and wifi were both offered at no extra cost (web said extra charge for either/both). Godd value if you don`t want to pay too much but want clean comfy stay.

"Location - Location - Location"
This is an excellent budget hotel within easy walking distance of the Spanish Steps (5 minutes) Trevi Fountain (10minutes) Vatican (30 minutes) Forum (20minutes). Don`t expect a big breakfast but what`s on offer is fine. The best thing about it is its LOCATION, don`t take my word for it just book it. Oct 31st 2013

"Great central location"
For a 2* hotel this is all about location. We stayed in one of the older rooms it was small but very clean and had everything you needed. 2 minuet walk to the Spanish steps and 4 to the Trevi fountain. Could not fault the staff who were very friendly. Breakfast standard continental, tea coffee, fresh rolls & pastries.
