"A little distant from the main centre of Rome but a comfortable hotel"
The entrance to the Hotel is down a few stairs to the lobby which comes as a bit of a surprise, especially if you have a few bags in tow. Reception staff were always polite and answered questions but perhaps lacked the extra customer service you might hope for for a 4 star hotel. Room was clean and comfortable but the shower was a bit on the small side as were the lifts. Airconditioning worked very effectively - a necessity in Rome in the summer. Breakfast was not too exciting and a bit limited in scope compared to other Hotels I have stayed in. Free Wi-fi available in the lobby area only. I would have rated it more a 3 star hotel than 4 but overall it was reasonable value for money for a short stay.
