"Out dated"
As you walk into the hotel it looks very nice at reception but that`s about it. Go into the elavtor then into another and it`s pretty much like a hostel! Damp smells old rooms, the bathroom was so small with cracked tiles, no bar like advertised tv didn`t work. Stayed there one night then got another hotel would not recommend to anyone.

"Great Staff, Fantastic bed"
Stayed here for the Rome marathon for 4 nights. Good Location and extremely nice staff. The room a bit small but what do you want for the great price. I would stay again.

"A very comfortable stay"
A great hotel full of Roman character. A good location once you master the buses, especially the very useful number 62. The staff were very helpful and the room clean and very comfortable, especially the bed. The buffet breakfast was a great start to the day. A good variety of rotating market stalls outside. Would stay there again.

"Room 408 was a disgrace"
Whilst the staff couldn`t be more helpful. The facilities in Room 408 were horrendous. The bathroom was so tiny. I`ve had larger wardrobes in other rooms. The room about 1.8 mtrs by 1 mtre. As a result it had no bath, the shower unit was so tiny that you couldn`t bend down to pick up the shampoo etc. The room was so small that you could hardly sit on the toilet properly as the shower unit was so close to it..

Managed to up grade our room to superior room ,by printing a voucher which i printed from trip advisor on the day of arrival. we had a lovely time in rome,lovely room with nice views.
