"Better staff, clean room & great location. "
The room was clean and tidy. There were a few faults like you had to hold the shower head, some lamps hanging off the wall and the tv not working (this the staff put down to the batteries being flat with no offer to change them). All of this coild have been rectified by having happy, friendly staff willing to give you advice about travel, food or the sights. Instead you get shouted at for not leaving your key in reception when you go out. However the hotel was in a grey location for getting around on the metro, bus or a short walk to the colossium.
