"Twin room very clean but tiny! Bathroom excellent."

We had a room at the back if the hotel. The road noise was dreadful all night and the windows were not double glazed. The room was very hot but we didn`t dare open the windows to let more noise in.The hotel guests seemed to be coming in at all times of the night- a noisy group returned to the hotel at 3.30 am on our last night there and combined with the continual traffic noise gave us a sleepless night. Not the best way to relax on holiday.

please dosomething about the smokers who congregate on the front steps of the hotel. Cigarette ends all over the entrance steps does not make a good sight on entereing the hotel. Otherwise very good hotel and helpful service.

"Staff great, Rooms are NOT"

The staff on reception are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are more like a 2* and there is ongoing r enervations within the hotel. Location is perfect.
