"not suitable for disabled guests who are wheelchair bound"
The staff were fantastic but we would not be able to stay again unless a proper disabled room was available. The first room was no good because the commode would not even fit over the loo and you could not reach the basin in a wheelchair because it was behind the door. The staff moved us to another room where Mike could just about gain access to the basin but there was not room to fit the commode over the loo with Mike in it and I had to open the main door to the room to have enough space to turn the wheel chair around. Please build a proper disabled accessible room and we will come and try again but the staff should be aware that wheelchair bound people simply cannot manage with the present facilities.

"Good, friendly, helpful, comfortable."
My wife and I were greeted well every time when passing through reception. They were kind and helpful. A little problem was pleasingly put right. Pleasantness in the dining room. We were pleased with our bedroom. Everyone was really nice to meet. Thank you.
