The breakfast servery is very chaotic with people going in all directions carrying hot plates and hot drinks. Would be much better if there was some sort of one way system at the servery. Also, 1 gentleman had a glass explode in his hand when he put hot liquid into it, luckily no-one was hurt.

"Fantastic Hotel, Highly recommended - Look no further!"

Would definitely recommend Jurys Custom House in Dublin. The staff were extemely helpful even allowing us to check in at 8am upon our arrival. Nothing was too much trouble for them.The hotel was competively priced but the accomodation is first class! Very conveniently situated for a city break and would not consider staying anywhere else in Dublin.

Overall a good ,conveniently placed hotel for city touring and access to the ferries. The only dissapointment was the lack of convenient hotel parking.

"Noise/ Broken door"

Noise from next room ruined the whole stay from 3am right through until about 7am. Door didnt locked when closed, had to pull out lach by hand then shut to secure door, this was a bit of Inconvenience. When we approached 2 separate members of staff they could not understand english. Rooms we`re very clean and tidy. just a few minor disappointments but it is those that you remember.

"Great location for events at O2"

Great hotel with easy access for O2 and City Centre. Convenient when travelling from the North and use the port tunnel. This allowed our son and friends to go to O2 and we could walk to city centre in 10 mins.

"Could not stay due to child being in Hospital"

Dear Sir/Madam, due to our son being Hospitalised we could not travel to Dublin and stay at Jury`s, My wife did telephone to advise you of this, but was not thanked and had no recognition of syphathy or anything. We were very much looking forward to our stay at Jury`s, as we have heard so many good comments about it. Obviously compassion is not one of your reception staff`s strongest points. We were also advised that Jury`s were not in a position to offer us our money back...although we never actually asked or expected this, especially at a time when our child is very sick in Hospital after being diagnosed with Diabetas.
