"Ideal location for the city . Breakfast choice very good."
Hotel quite noisy even on the back so really needs aircon as you cannot open the windows unless you want to hear the traffic 24/7. But would say staff very friendly and helpful and rooms clean.

I have just returned fom a 3 night stay at Jury`s with a group of friends. We were very impressed with this hotel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the food was excellent.

Jurys Inn Custom House is a very welcoming, well-situated hotel a comfortable 10 mins walk from shopping and with a nice outlook over the Liffey. The food was good and the dining room nice and well-managed.We enjoyed our stay immensely and will return to this hotel.

The welcome, check in and room were all very good. Location is excellent for shopping and concerts at the O3. We ordered from the all day bar food menu and whilst service was faultless, the food was mediocre. We ordered cheeseburgers which were made in house but the baps were dry and poor quality. The menu failed to describe the contents of the burger ensemble and as a result there was mayonnaise included which is not to everyone`s taste. The relish tasted overwhelmingly of tomato purée and was a similar consistency. Breakfast choices were very good and self service appreciated. However, the `fresh fruit` was portioned up in glass tumblers without liquid which meant that the fruit had wilted and the apple was brown. Staff were perhaps a little too quick to clear plates. One man had to retrieve his plate as it was abruptly lifted from his table. Other than food, a very good experience and superb value for money.

An exceedingly good hotel right on the Quay but centred in very much the business district of Dublin. Ideal if you are on a business trip but quite a walk from the "tourist" spots of the city.

We have stayed this Jury`s before. It is handy to Dublin City Centre, 10 minutes walk fropm O`Connell Street. We were upgraded to a superior room at the front and were very happy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast included. Hope to stay again.
