This hotel was amazing. Very friendly staff that made you feel very welcomed. We had a gentleman who checked us in who made sure we got the best room with a gorgeous view in which we did so. The rooms are lovely and clean and very spacious. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised and will definitely be back. Thanks for the great stay Barcelona!

Great hotel if you have children. Good location fof airport and city and has nearby shopping mall and beach 15 mins away.

"Hotel was over priced for the standard provided, no kettle, loose fittings in bath, poor view etc."

The hotel staff were excellent and very helpful.The restaurant menu was very limited although the food and wines available were reasonable and fairly priced.

"Service"

The service was good, very fast at dealing with problems, however we had a problem with the breakfast on our first day, which didn`t get rectified for the second morning`s breakfast. The room was very nice. We went for the evening meal and the service there was absolute chaos. We waited more than half an hour before we could even order and then over an hour for our starters to arrive. As well as the hotel having international guests, a lot of the service members couldn`t speak english which was a problem.But as a whole we enjoyed our stay, thank you.

"Great Holiday, fantastic hotel"

Very pleased with such an amazing hotel, awesome rooms, great place, lots for kids to do - best holiday ever. Will definitely come back here again.

"Bar staff"

Hotel was very gd clean modern and good location , but a few bar staff were not helpful never wanted to go the extra mile even tho was happy paying, need to have plastic jugs for pool area as that would go down well and do cocktails in glasses not just jugs!!! Hotel very gd but bar staff needs to be Sorted everything was a effort !!!!

Downside no kettles in rooms we had baby and had to buy one as hotel does not provide did not enjoy food but there are other places to eat 5 mins from hotel overall great place

Rating would be excellent if provide transport to customers booking hotel with other websites as well.Breakfast is monotonous Staff is helpfulFridges in rooms need to be changedTrain station is about 20- 25 min walk from hotelOverall stay good

"Very, very good hotel but didn`t like the location. "

A very good corporate style events hotel but it wasn`t for us. The hotel is very, very clean and it`s a good standard 4 star business hotel, but it was a 15 minute walk to Castelldefels train station and the centre of town. It was located in a very unpleasant industrial zone. It was full of business people and would be good for them but for a holiday we would have preferred something more central. 10/10 for cleanliness though and decor and facilities.

"A first class surprise"

We booked over the Internet, via a 3rd party hotel booking site. Made choice on price, swimming pool & accessibility to Barcelona whilst being near the beach. A great surprise, deserves its 4-star rating. Lovely, helpful staff. One small complaint, we paid for buffet breakfast in advance, upon our arrival @ ?8/head. Good value. Our final morning, time for breakfast switched to winter timetable, we hadn`t been told in advance, so like many other guests who arrived for breakfast at 10:30am, all finished with absolutely no apology or even recognition of our complaint by Restaurant Manager - who completely ignored us! Disappointing & not representative of this hotel as a whole.

"Lovely hotel, especially the swimming pool"

Great swimming pool, lovely clean rooms with very effective air conditioning.Just one problem - we booked a twin room, and got a double. We only got a twin room after we complained.

Would recommend, rooms clean,small pool but adequate, fridge in bedroom and safe so valuables secure upto date tv. Only costs 2euros for a single ticket on train to barcelona so easy for day trips. Restaurant very nice. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

"spotless friendly hotel."

The hotel was in a great location with a super clean pool.The staff were excellent friendly and polite.Our room was cleaned daily to high standard.Our only recommendation would be to have some info on area in foyer and possibly maps.we had a grewat stay and would recommend it.

"indoor pool"

Fantastic, but my kids want to swim in the pool but they can`t because the two pools located outside. For the month, mid-Apr is still cold, so we prefer to have at least one small indoor pool for the kids..
