"great location"

stayed here for 2 nights in a luxury double room. the room was very nice and very clean the bed was a little hard for my liking but that`s just me. The location is great as only a few minutes walk from the tube and all sorts of local shops. had a great time and would definitely stop here again.

"Good, practical option with easy access to local tube station and central London."

Comfortable and clean. Smallish rooms but well designed to make best use of space available. I wouldn`t bother with breakfast- several nearby cafes and chains. The street can be a bit noisy at night but keeping the window closed worked fine.

"Standard room extremely small"

We were very disappointed that the standard room was extremely small. We managed to upgrade at the hotel and got a de luxe, which was great. We advice you to inform clients of the very small size of the standard room. Otherwise we found the hotel and its location very good.

If there was as "VERY good" option it`d have ticked it. Although we had fairly cramped quarters, the price, reasonablel for that area especially, was suited to our budget. Staff helpful and courteous. Would go back.

"Ridiculously Small Room"

the hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful and polite. The"double room" was the smallest I have ever been in in my life. You could only access the bed on one side as the other side was the wall. You could not pass each other on the side you could access as insufficient space. We were in room 43 on the 4th floor.very warm even with the fan provided, had to open windows and then you had the noise from the tube.Breakfast was fine, continental and more than adequate. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again due to the uncomfortable night that we had here which is a shame as my husband had bought tickets for a concert at the RAH for me as a present.I would recommend one of our team visits to see this room size for yourself.

"Had a great stay! "

Was a bit apprehensive about staying here after reading some reviews but honestly it was great. The hotel staff were welcoming and very helpful even lent us an umbrella. The room was small but very clean as clean as a 5 star which I have stayed at many, and for visiting London and a show who wants to stay in their room for long ? The breakfast was continental with plenty of choice and as much as you like, you could also have cooked breakfast for an extra charge of couple of pounds which we did not need as we were full. The hotel was also pretty central for getting around with a tube station just a 4 minute walk away. We booked a cab from the hotel and found this good as the staff at the hotel had a price for us beforehand which was a lot cheaper than London taxis! All in all had a good stay and would stay again and recommend to others.
