"Enjoyable stay but not a 4 star experience"

Rooms were clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Reception and gym/pool staff were friendly and helpful. Bar and restaurant service had a lot of room for improvement as staff appeared dissatisfied and put upon every time we asked for anything. The exception to this was dinner on Tuesday 20th where the dark haired waitress was lovely, humorous and very friendly which made up for the fact that most vegetarian items on the menu were not available.

"Not very happy"

May I suggest the cups in the rooms are changed, they are tall and narrow, the effect was I had two cups of hot tea land on my stocking feet, had they have been squat cups this would not have happened. I also complained about the poor pillows that were past their best giving little support, leaving me with a bad neck.

"A very nice place to stay and great to be able to see Brands Hatch racetrack from the room."

Very nice food in the restaurant. Lovely swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Room very pleasant, although bed was a little too firm for my taste.
