"Staff Were excelent and meeted all our needs"

The hotel is situated approx. 20 seconds from the nearest tube station (Euston Square), the room itself was clean and tidy the only problem which we did not report was the wardrobe being 8 ft in height, I am over 6 feet and had to reach up for the hanger to hang my clothes, my being 5ft 5inches it was an impossible task, the en-suite was small but adequate. we stayed for 4 days and would stay again. in this day and age price is key and this hotel is in a good price range, if you are looking for a quick way into the city but want to stay out of the city this is ideal, we were novices to way the underground worked but we still got to Westminster within 30 mins easily and that was at 08;30 (rush hour) finally as paying guests we was allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel until it was time to catch our train home this was really great. superb service

"Noisy"

The staff were very nice. The room had not really been cleaned - money on floor and plugholes in shower unit and handbasin very dirty. Was kept awake most of the night by doors banging so was very tired the next day for my meetings.

small room but perfectly acceptable . Mattress was a little too firm but that`s just a personal preference . The staff were very polite.

Room was very small and hot though clean and did the job. Location is 2 mins from Euston station but on the corner of a busy road ; so very noisy . So coupled with the heat window open and sirens most of the night ; not a great sleep . Reception staff were friendly and helpful . Also stored our luggage until we were travelling home. Breakfast not worth it I paid for continental and had 2 pieces of toast and a sachet coffee as hotels was like mud .

Cramped, a bit shabby, noisy as room right next door to the lift, low water pressure, interrupted while still checked in. Good breakfast though and nice staff

"sink cracked passage doors bang every time "

Sink cracked. Shower control cap missing and too small for a average adult . Towels stiff but overall clean

Tiny room, broken shower knob, mould in the bathroom, paint peeling off the walls and lastly no free breakfast!!!

"Did the job."

Towels were small and of poor quality for two adults. Staff knowledge and understanding of request was a bit basic due to language barrier (I am English)but did find out when asked. Overall, would use again due to ease of getting to central London.

"It was ok."

Small room. Comfortable bed. Clean with nice bathroom. Worst feature was the fact that it was connected to the neighbouring room by a locked door meaning I could hear the couple next door. Fortunately they were quiet. Staff pleasant and helpful.
