"Good Quality Hotel"
Excellent staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Great breakfast and even more enjoyable if you can sit in the outer area overlooking the Thames. . Very comfortable bed and the quality of the towels was wonderful. Location is out on a limb but great for attending the O2 arena, Canary Wharf or Queen Elizabeth stadium.

Got an upgrade when we arrived, got to pick which floor we would like. Clean spacious and lovely! Breakfast was fantastic!

Staff are amazing and have the personal touch. Our room is spotless and very comfortable. Definitely will be booking again and delighted to find this gem through the theatre break website.

Beautiful hotel and great service, however, breakfast on the second morning was a fiasco, the supply of hot food to the buffet area was really bad with long waits for individual items to be replenished. Many guests hanging around for individual items to be brought to the buffet table meant that as soon as minimal amounts were brought they ran out instantly. Didn`t spoil the overall stay but was very frustrating and not what we expected given the otherwise excellent service.

A great service from start to finish,we were staying as part of a hotels direct package for our wedding anniversary for 2 nights,with a show on the second night.Upon arrival my wife mentioned it being our wedding anniversary and we checked in and went out for the evening,so when we returned a tray was left on our bed with chocolate writing of Happy Anniversary & cupcakes each so a really nice touch.The room was great with a really comfortable bed,plenty of space,clean and bath & shower in the room so a great option.Breakfast very good with good choices and a menu of optional extras(at no extra charge).A complimentary taxi service to canary wharf was very useful and the DLR BLACKWELL train station being within a few minutes walk was great! The hotel also had valet parking at £14 for 24 Hrs so really good value,the staff were always friendly and helpful.So I from my personal opinion RECOMMEND this hotel as an EXCELLENT choice with any booking.
