me and my girlfriend stayed at the brooks in late march,the hotel staff and hotel itself were very good would happily stay again and recomend to friends.the concierge connor i think his name was excellent very friendly

"simply the best"

we stay all over the world and in lots of good hotels including the Ritz in London, but the welcome we received at Brooks was the warmest and most sincere ever. The Hotel is a good 4 star, spotless warm and inviting with good sized bedrooms. When in Dublin we will be staying with Brooks.

"Overall pleasant experience, would stay here again"

Room was clean and decor nice, location perfect for tourists. Breakfast was brilliant and being served between 8-11.30am on a Sunday is a good point. Booed twin room and checked on arrival this was still available as travelling with my mother, when went to room was a double made in to two singles so smaller than a twin room, we had to push the beds apart to allow some space between them. Turn down service did not occur and shower pressure valve was not working.

Myself and a friend booked this hotel as we were running the Dublin Mararthon. It was close to the start and seemed a good choice. The hotel exceeded my expectations. It was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. When we arrived a lovely chap called Conor sat us down and gave us the low down on places to see, eat etc.The hotel is situated in a great location. Close to Grafton Street shops and Trinity college. Also easy to get to temple Bar and the river Liffey. I would stay here again on my next trip to dublin.

"A Rare Find in the City "

What a fantastic hotel! Very welcoming and friendly staff. Excellent standard of accommodation and breakfast was excellent. A good quality and variety food. We really enjoyed our weekend in Dublin. 5 Star!

"Failed to provide a Deluxe room"

The clerk did not read the entire reservation information. I was given a standard room. Upon discovering the mistake, no deluxe rooms were available until the last night. The general manager refunded the difference between the two rooms. I`m glad I had inquired and in my opinion the Hotel had failed me in not providing the service I had paid for.

"Small but very friendly hotel in the heart of Dublin"

Myself and my girlfriend had a fantastic 3 night stay at the very friendly Brooks Hotel. The hotel is ideally located in quiet street but in the very heart of Dublin. Hotel situation is ideal for night life, restaraunts, culture and history alike. The common area, restaraunt, bar, gym etc are very pleasant. On-suite bathroom is modern. Couple of compalints that we had were are that the bed could be a little more confy and the window in our room did not have a latch (couldnt leave the window open without it squeeking a little).

"Brooks Hotel in Dublin is a brilliant place to stay"

The hotel location is brilliant, it`s right in the centre but it`s tuck away so it`s not noisy at night. The service in this hotel is more than 5*. Room is spotless, I have been to many hotels and this hotel has the best bed ever! Will stay there again for sure!

"lovely and very plesent hotel"

we went to the brooks hotel for our 1st wedding anniversary and we culdnt have picked a better hotel.the only thing i would say is we really wanted to eat there on our first nite as it was our anniversary but the prices were rather dear and the choice was a bit to posh the room service menu sounded lovely and was really reasonably priced except the charge to deliver it to your room and really we wanted to be waited on especially on this special occasion!!! overall our stay was lovely breakfast was nice and all the staff were very helpful and the rooms were lovely, the location of the hotel was idea in the centre of dublin which was perfect so you could walk to most places.

"Check in delay and allocated double room although twin specified. Staff on reception very pleasant."

We could not settle in room and shower on arrivvsl and when we got to our room eventually it was a double room. No twin was available so we had to allow access after our departure for the concert and hope to come back to beds being moved apart etc.

"THE BEST HOTEL IN DUBLIN!"

I really cannot fault this hotel! It is located central to everything, shops, nightlife, restaurants etc and yet is sufficiently `out of the way` to avoid the noise of party goers and traffic. The staff are very helpful, extremely friendly and really down to Earth and approachable. The room (we were in a triple) was tastefully decorated and extremely clean and well presented. I intend to return to Dublin very soon and will most definitely be staying at the Brooks Hotel. I highly recommended this hotel. Thanks to all the staff for a great weekend!

"Mini Bar Charges"

A group of eight of us stayed at Brooks Hotel for a hen weekend recently. When we were checking in they asked us for a credit card in case we used the mini bar or restaurant. This is standard practice where ever you stay and we were happy to do this. However, they wanted to take 50 euros per room from the card and then if we didn`t spend anything they would replace the money in my account in 5-10 days!!! 5-10 days!!! We were not happy to do this and so the manager removed the contents of the mini bar from the room. Due to this policy we would not stay at this hotel again despite it being very nice with friendly staff.

"excellent 1st class hotel"

I visited Dublin with my two friends , we had a lovely time , Brooks hotel is lovely , i would recomend it to anyone who was thinking of going. The staff were very friendly and it was very clean. The hotel is in a perfect central place and we had no trouble with any noise.

Ideally located in the heart of the shopping and restaurant area of Dublin, Brooks Hotel provided a wonderfully lucurious stay for us on this, our first visit to the Emerald Isle. The accommodation was certainly 4*, the irish breakfast excellent, and the staff could not do enough for you. We had a wonderful 4 days - thank you.

"certainly not what i would consider 4 star hotel"

has not quite got it. clean and staff helpful thogh very few irish. tv not tuned in properly, shower had mind of its own, room very hot,could not open window as too noisy, air con noisy, missy ctlery at breakfast, bread frozen at breakfast. a few of the small niggles . no way 4 star

"All in all a very nice hotel."

Very nice. Room was very small and toilet was even smaller. Very clean and tidy. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were very polite. Good location.
