We then deposited our luggage and went out until 8.30pm. When we returned we realised that it was a smoking one, but the hotel changed our room immediately. Very Good Servivve

Guest rating:  | 30/9/2007 | | "Non smoking room reeked of smoke" | | | | The hotel mis a typical main brand hotel. Our big gripe was on requesting a non smoking room and getting one that reeked of smoke. Yuk! We did not complain as we did not have the time but should have done.

| Guest rating: | 19/6/2007 | | "Fantastic Value for money and high quality surroundings" | | | | The only negative was in our corridor room no 230, it was clearly requested and shown as a no smoking area, there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke that lingered through till the following morning, I advised reception of this and they advised they would send the duty manager to investigate, it appeared that there was no attempt to make the area smell any fresher, this was our only critisism.
