Some items missing from some breakfasts- eg potatoe scones.Some items missing from dinner - eg some had carrots others did not, would have preferred more vegetables , but food was hot and delicious.Will go again if we can.

My Husband and I were extremely disappointed and would not consider either recommending your hotel or staying again!. Had it not been for the fact that the hotel was local to our relatives, we would not have stayed! Your comments would be interesting, I can be reached on this email address.

| | | Guest rating: | 27/11/2007 | | "Disappointing Standards" | | | | The room was unclean, ceiling covered in cobwebs some of which brushed against your face on moving toward the window, the bathroom had no blind and you could be seen by occupants of buildings at the rear, the towles had holes in them and there was no kettle because they had all blown up (so I was told) due to an electrical fault and no offer of complimentary tea or coffee being delivered by Room Service. The staff were pleasant but the hotel was dowdy and information about services was patchy, the directions on getting there on the website were wrong! I would never go again, in fact, we only stayed 3 hours and left.

The recepcionist really polite and helpfull. The erae was nice and quiet. The furniture and bathroom are a bit old but you can not have it all especially with this price.

The carpet in the room I had (228) is FILTHY ! I would stay at your hotel again as I do know that my colleagues room (227) was very nice, but please, change that carpet! And get rid of the bathroom carpet. Otherwise service & staff very good. Good breakfast too! Pity about that room!
