I would have preferred that to the body wash as soap was already provided. However, I was still very pleased with everything from cleanliness to friendliness of all your staff. Step off the Air France bus and its one Avenue round, just down from the Arc and the Metro. Perfect for a short break. Breakfast may be "continental" but there is a lot of choice and it`s constantly replenished by the attentive staff

The chamber maid service was excellent, the rooms were a good size and the bathroom was kept immaculately clean. We enjoyed breakfast and again great service. We were very close to all the amenities in Paris including restaurants, metro, and sight seeing. I would not hesitate in recommending this Hotel to anyone who is planning a visit to Paris 5***** If you are planning a visit don`t take the metro from the airport the journey is very hard, take the Air France bus it gets you to and from the airport and the stop is just around the corner from the Hotel.

Rooms larger than the average Parisian tourist hotel with modern, spacious en-suite bathrooms. Very pleasant cold breakfast buffet to set you up for the day ahead. Less than one minute`s walk from Arc de Triomphe and C.de.G. Etoile Metro - yet in a very peaceful and quiet street - no traffic noise. Hotel has its own bar and there are plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars to choose from in the area - and it`s literally just two minutes from the Champs Elysee. Excellent value for money.We loved it and we`ll definitely be back!

We were given two lovely rooms next door to each other, quite small, but very well appointed and neatly and nicely furnished, but the nicest thing were the very large windows that opened right out over a pretty window box to make the room feel very airy and light. The location is really fabulous and situated at the back we had absolutely no road noise. The buffet breakfast was most acceptable and the staff were charming. I have no reservations whatsoever about recommending this hotel and would go back again without hesitation.

It is a couple of minutes walk from the Arc, Champs, Metro and the Air France Bus Stop. The hotel rooms are a little tired looking, however were kept very clean. The continental buffet breakfast was fresh and tasty. Ideal for a short city break.

For the price of the hotel I was more than plaesed with th quality and location. the breakfast was a buffet style continiental breakfast and the food was sereved in warm relaxing surroundings...........a great start to the day. Overall a wonderfull hotel that added to the wonderfull city break. Would defo return Sarah

We regularly stay in Paris and the directions given where quite correct and easy (although the Gare du Nord is a pain if you dont know it!!!). Overall the hotel for the price was good and we would use Hotel Direct again in the future.

Very friendly and helpful hotel staff, excellent English! Good sized rooms, perhaps tea/coffee would have been nice in the room, but room service was not expensive and was good. Both our rooms had a small balcony, no views but nice to get the fresh air. Reception were very helpful and offered good advice re sightseeing and where to eat with kids.Definitely recommended and we would stay there again without hesitiation.

The hotel is in an excellent location for all attractions of Paris, nearly all within walking distance.The hotel itself was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful and everywhere was exceptionally clean. The rooms were small but homely and there was aircon if you needed it.There was a lovely choice at breakfast- croissants, cereal,toast,fruit etc and a pot of coffee or tea.We enjoyed our stay so much we will be visiting Paris again next year and definately staying at the Hotel Cecilia.

The english speaking staff made us feel very welcome and the room and bathroom were very nice, with much thought given to the decor. The breakfasts were very good though coffee was sometimes a little stale- especially in the afternoon. A kettle in the rooms would be a big advantage. We loved the location so close to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees. Air conditioning was good. Our room overlooked the inner courtyard and there was little view but no noise- we could sleep with the window open and enjoy very peaceful nights.

Lovely bathroom and all amenities e.g hairdryer shampoo shower cream. the reception staff were good,had a good command of the english language.Helped us with info about metro and how to get to the Longchamps race course which was our reason for being there.Will most definately use the hotel again.

The breakfast was a lot better than expected and your minutes away from alot of good resturants and bars. The bus stop for the airport is a minutes walk from the hotel, all in all i would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in paris and i will be staying there again next time i visit.

Very close to metro but walking distance to main tourist attractions anyway. Good restaurants only two avenues away. Traditional style hotel, room very clean, good sized bathroom and efficient aircon. Staff friendly, helpful and all spoke good English. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

There is a 24hr underground car park right next to hotel, so immensely convenient (though this info would have been useful to us in advance of our arrival). It provided us with a useful base for our family stay. Breakfast at 8 euros a head was fair value. Piano in the bar area badly in need of tuning, but welcome nevertheless.
