" | | | | When we complained that there was a mouse running around under the tables we were told by the staff on duty that they had been trying to catch it for the last week.The breakfast in the EXECUTIVE lounge was rubbish - no bacon or sausage available when we went in as they ran out and it turned up just as we left the lounge.Having said all of above the room was excellent.

| Guest rating: | 2/1/2008 | | "Executive lounge and restaurant closed New Years Eve" | | | | Hotel was clean and comfortable also near to Westminster, service was good but I was disapointed that on New years Eve the executive restaurant was closed and the one that was open was fully booked. Also be aware the hotel is right next to a pub and our room was close to it so we were disturbed until 3am in the morning with people outside the pub celebrating. Also rooms are not very big, and we paid £230.00 for one night which I think is too expensive for what we got.
