Guest rating: | 23/6/2008 | | "Very Impressive" | | | | Friendly helpful staff members, fantastic decor, drinks are a little bit pricey at the bar but comes with the type of hotel. Very good location, near the London eye and Aquarium etc. Overall, enjoyed our weekend!

Guest rating: | 7/4/2008 | | "Value for money.......sadly no." | | | | Arrived late on Friday . Check in very effecient warm friendly staff. Room was nice and clean when we arrived. Was on the 11th floor the room had no opening windows and the air con about as powerful as a 90 year asmatic. We were woken just afer 8 on Sat moring by the cleaner who we asked if she could come back....checked out at 10am on SUNDAY and never saw the cleaner again. Made use ofthe Valet parking.....spent 30 minutes waiting outside for our car......they had lost the keys but nobody had the good grace to inform use.

Guest rating: | 31/3/2008 | | "Fantastic room, check -in a little busy but would definately visit again." | | | | The room was just as described, very clean, a good size with all executive refinements that we paid for. We were lucky to get into the exec lounge for breakfast as it`s quite small and many people were turned away whilst we were there. Everywhere was clean and the staff were generally very polite. In all a relaxed and comfortable stay!!

Guest rating: | 28/1/2008 | | "Only worth it if you get a room with a river view and there are not many of them" | | | | I had expected that by booking the executive package we would get a room with a river view but was told there were not many rooms with a view and they needed booking in advance (thought we had!)Had to ask for all the items on the package (towel robes etc as no extras in room upon checking in)Executive lounge too small and no tables left for us to have breakfast without indefinite wait - also was closed for evening we were staying so completely not worth while. Would not stay again or recommend to anyone else - would rather stay in a more central location. Overall view - truly average and not worth extra money for executive.

Guest rating: | 2/12/2007 | | "Exceptional Hotel made a special occasion forever memorable " | | | | I would like to thank all of the staff members for their kindness, courtesy, and professionalism above and beyond the call of duty. My friend and I were in London to see a concert as a special treat. We have been looking forward to this for over a year, and as student nurses have saved long and hard for the experience. The stay at the hotel made the weekend extremely special, and a memory that will stay with us forever. All of the staff without exception were extremely polite, friendly and helpful adding to the whole experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. Thank you.

Guest rating: | 26/11/2007 | | "Very nice hotel " | | | | The hotel was lovely.Very clean.Suberb location. You must try to get yourself an up-grade as we had 2 rooms both of which had superb views of the Thames,The Houses of Parliament and the Millenium Wheel. My only critisisms was that the prices were very high for drinks in the lounge bar(4 Sinlgle spirits=£31.50) and the breakfasts were very plain and on two occasions-cold-for the cooked breakfast
