The staff were helpful and very good pleasant.Also there was a mouse in the bar which was a little off putting for lunch!!!!!!

That said there are plenty options in the area. Very good hotel and we would go back.

We got upgraded to room 4077. A great room but a marathon to get to the lift due to the access at that corridor to the lift now being a stud wall! (renovation work ?). Also when we arrived at 4p.m. our room wasn`t ready until 5p.m. - I guess that`s why we got the upgrade.

Very well situated within walking distance to major attractions, shops nightlife and Metro station .Would definately stay again.
