We were told by the restaurant staff that breakfast on Sunday was from 8 to 12. When we got there at 11.15 we were then told it was until 11.00. There appeared to be a several communication problems with the staff. I would definately not stay here again.

| Guest rating: | 11/11/2009 | | "Dingy Room, dirty windows" | | | | Room 205 is small and dingy, the window which gives a view of a 4 storey brick wall or would if the pigeon dirt was ever washed off the window, there is also a slight smell given off by the offending phoo. Have a further booking for 3 days next week so perhaps things will be better. The receptionist did suggest that rooms on the upper floors were more spacious

The windows were revolting (not cleaned in years) and the view made you think that you were in jail!! The shower dribbled. The cleaners were very very noisy in the early hours which is the last thing you want when you have been out late.All in all, a very poor hotel - there are hundreds in the area which seem so much better.Would not recommend to anyone, even if you are on a tight budget.

Very clean, staff helpful and pleasant enough! Good value for cost would definitely recommend for people just staying a couple of days like we did

Upon arrival we were informed that there was only 1 room available which was a family room. After much discussion they agreed to refund 50% of the total price.Please can you arrange this.

Not much room in the dining area but breakfast was good.

The shelves had dust, the floor was never vacuum cleaned (I left things on the floor purposedly, etc), the toilet was not clean and even when I arrived the floor of the room was not clean. Not impressed at all. Will not recommend.
