The staff at breakfast were attentive.The only issue was the smell in the room both of us woke with headache and blocked nosesAs we were only in the room for a short time and opened the window wide . Do you usually keep this room for the people who only stay one night.Because I assume the smell in the room would become unbearable if you were to stay longer that one night

The central heating had broken and therefore we had a very cold night, although there was an airconditioning unit that would have heated the room more than sufficiently if we could have put up with the noise. The other thing was only a minor irritation in that there wasn`t a lot of water pressure in the shower. The staff were absolutely wonderful and the location was superb, quiet, but within an easy walk of the tube. We will definitely be staying there next time we go to London.

The room was comfortable the bed was enormous and the bed settee was big enough for 2 children. The only criticism was it was very hot in the bedroom but as we spent very little time in there it wasnt too much of a problem. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. We would recommend the Kensington court to anyone and will use it again if we go to London again.

The breakfast was memorable with lots of choice which was cheap but still included in our price. Toast was warm and everything was fresh. The room was very big and clean. The location was very good as its few seconds from Earls Court Road, so very accessible. The only downfall was the parking which cost £15 per night and the parking was not big as i was told. All the cars are parked infront of each other. Every time someone had to go out you we had to move the car and we had to wait to go out in the morning for other cars to move. I really think they should mention it that the car park is not big and only takes few cars rather then have the entrance closed full of cars. But all in all it was good value for money for the location which it took 20 mins to walk down to South Kensington.

When I asked for the sofa bed to be made up so we could each have a bed, this request was met with an extremely unhelpful response. We did receive some sheets around three hours later but I had to make the bed up myself. The bottom of the beds were dirty (due to lack of valences) and the room was grimy and dark. However, the bathroom was clean and the restaurant for breakfast was good (clean and friendly).

We were greeted warmly and the staff couldn`t do enough for us. The room was very clean and spacious with a nice bathroom and comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast was marvellous with plenty of choice and good timings. Hotel situated close to Harrods and within 5 mins walk of Earls court Tube, Very convenient. Quiet area. Was a great hotel, definitely consider going back!

The staff were helpful, the room and bathroom were immaculate and the breakfast was fine. The cost was very good and we were able to enjoy a lovely restaurant nearby in the evening - it was exactly what we needed when our aim was to have a base for a night.

The hotel was very clean and when I was staying the restaurant was being refurbished so I had my breakfast in my room - plenty of choice and the toast came hot! The rooms were very clean and big including a sofa. The soft drinks in the fridge were a very reasonable price and the toiletries were of extremely good quality. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends and colleagues.

Between five of us we were supplied with 7 croissants a bowl of individual pats of butter and also one of jam. There was a container of cereal but no milk. Tea had to be asked for. Would never book with you again.
