"Very clean and tidy room with big bed and excellent shower. "

The room was exactly what was required and better than a 3 star room. Only downside was price. Thought it was expensive for a 3 star hotel. View over Gran Via was perfect.

"Very satisfied"

Stayed on the Saturday evening of the European Cup Final for one evening. Inflated cost as a result. Not the most attractive entrance but good welcome on arrival. Room was spacious for a one night stay and bathroom was clean and well furnished with toiletries. Bed was simple but OK - lack of pillows was an issue though. Excellent buffet breakfast. Reception was accomodating about leaving our bag while we explored Madrid the following day. The hotel is well appointed on the Grand Via. I would be happy to stay here again if on a one night stay in a 3* hotel.

"lack of facilities"

Breakfast was not to good cold cofee and cooked breakfast was poor quality. It would also have been nice to have the option to buy a drink or cofee etc when we returned to the hotel. Room was Ok for overnight stay although pillows need seriously looked at. Overall hotel served its purpose for overnight buisness stay
