Up to thistle usual standards, helpful staff, good location. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Birmingham for Christmas market.

Although we only had bed and breakfast accommodation, the breakfast was very good, lots to eat and the staff was very helpful, with a nothing to much trouble attitude. The rooms were superb, lovely comfortable bed and the tea-making facilities were more than enough. The hotel was sited just a ten minute walk from the main drag, just far enough to have a settled nights sleep, but close enough to enjoy the pubs and restaurants.

Very nice hotel for the price, the bedrooms in need of up dating but very clean, very nice friendly welcome, the breakfast was delicious, unfortunately after a day of shopping we needed a good night sleep - no fault of the hotel but we were kept awake with shouting , screaming women and banging doors from 12.30 am to 2am not great

Lovely hotel. Clean, good sized rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Full english breakfast was really good. Short walk to new street station and bullring shopping centre. Would recommend and would use again next time I visit Birmingham.

Stayed recently and the reception upon arrival were really helpful. I had a room at the front which was a bit noisy, but the room was really comfy and clean. Missed breakfast as we were there for a hospital appointment so cannot comment on it, but would definitely stay again.

Very good quilty hotel staff make you very welcome and freindly food perfect and breakfast perfect bit noisy at night as room is facing the main road in to b ham but would be happy to stay again thanks
