Guest rating:  | 2/6/2009 | | "bad service" | | | | had to change several rooms as 1st did not have hair dryer or iron 2nd 3rd had ajoining doors and 4th had no air con eventually got a room. requested more tea and coffee at 8.30 didnt recive intill several phone calls later and recieved it finally at 8.30. did not recieve any discount from parking as was promised very dissapointing

The down sides are thin connecting doors to other rooms. Voices travel through easily at 2am!!! The other real downer is there needs to be a change to have dedicated smoking rooms. The non smoking room policy is not working. Ignorant smokers still smoke in the rooms. There was a definite smell of nicotine in the background which was more accentuated by the use of the hair dryer. 70/100
