Have tried to catch your attension on payment. The receptionist demanded full payment for the room etc. on our departure - in spite of the fact that you in your confirmation - dated Oct. 4th wrote quote Total tariff: GBP179,52. Received with thanks. Unquote. We believe we have paid twice for the room. Pls let us have your comments to this. Rgds Finn Boe

"Very average"
Room service was awful,conjealed food ,tiny scrap of salad-3 bits of tomato for tomato salad. Check in and out both chaotic, food at breakfast very basic self service and restaurant untidy and staff unwelcoming. Would not go back
