Unfortunatley Hotel Direct mis-sold me the product. I specifically booked a triple bedded room which HD confirmed. When I arrived at the hotel after travelling from Australia I found the hotel did not provide triple rooms. To the hotel`s credit they arranged a separate room at no extra cost to us. Miscommunication between HD and the hotel
