A series of cast changes have been announced for the West End production of We Will Rock You, with the fresh faces sure to only be a great addition to the highly regarded show.

Set to join from the 8 October, Oliver Thompsett and Rachael Wooding will take over the role of Galileo and Scaramouche respectively. It is a welcome return for the pair, with Thompsett originating from the role of Drew and Wooding playing the role of Meat from 2006-2007.

Having opened at the Dominion Theatre back in 2002, the show has quickly become one of the most popular on the West End, witnessed by over 6.4 million during a tenure lasting longer than a decade.

After We Will Rock You recently announced an extension to its West End show, extending its residency until at least March 23 2013, it means audiences can still enjoy the show as part of one of the many London theatre breaks.
