English singer-songwriter Ellie Goulding is heading to the capital this winter as part of a series of dates across the UK, it has been confirmed.
The gifted musician, who became only the second artist to top both the BBC`s annual Sound of... poll and win the Critics` Choice Award at the BRIT Awards in the same year, will be performing at the O2 Academy Brixton in London on Wednesday 12 December.
She shot to prominence after releasing her debut album ‘Lights`, which debuted at number one on the UK Albums Chart and spawned hit singles such as ‘Under the Sheets`, ‘Starry Eyed`, ‘Guns and Horses` and ‘The Writer` before going on to sell more than 850,000 copies in the UK.
She has also worked with other big names in the music industry, performing with the likes of Tinie Tempah, Mika and Skrillex, confirming her status as one of the biggest artists in the UK.
