It has been announced that Helen Hobson is set to return to the West End, rejoining the cast of Mamma Mia! to undertake the role of Donna Sheridan.
Hobson will be joining the team from 24 September, shortly after the show departs the Prince of Wales Theatre for a lengthy residency in the Novello Theatre; stepping in for current Donna Sheridan Ann Triplett who will leave the team to join the cast of Viva Forever! She is sure to join the show in high spirits, as she is already a fond face among the team following a three stint in the same position she previously held from 2004.
She is sure also to draw on her previous stage experience, starring in a host of other West End productions including Blood Brothers and Aspects of Love.
With Mamma Mia! not set to leave the West End until at least September 2012, it remains a fantastic show to enjoy during one of the many theatre breaks in London available?
