Organisers of the 2012 London Jazz Festival have announced the full programme for the ten day event, which includes some of the biggest names in the business, both old and new.

The extravaganza, which is due to take place between the 9th and 18th November around a variety of the capital`s diverse music venues, includes a number of highlights which jazz aficionados are bound to be very excited by.

Just some of the many respected names that will be coming to London to play the festival include the legendary Herbie Hancock, who will be making his first ever solo appearance in the UK, along with Sonny Rollins and impressive newer talents like Esperanza Spalding.
