Stratford should now be considered part of Central London after successfully hosting one of the biggest events in the world, according to officials.

Chair of London Legacy and Development Corporation Daniel Moyland believes investment in the capital is slowly moving east, as evidenced by the planned Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, which is to be unveiled next summer.

He doesn`t find himself alone in that opinion, with many regarding Stratford as in-keeping with some of the most developed areas in this fantastically cultural city.

The amount of investment pumped into the capital in recent years represents an exciting era for both residents and visitors, with an array of cultural institutions and activities popping up.

Why not take advantage of the brilliant London hotels available and come explore the city`s range of museums, galleries and green spaces and judge for yourself if it meets its billing as one of the best cities in the world?
