Legendary English alternative rock band the Stone Roses have announced two 2013 dates in the capital, following a triumphant return this summer.
The hugely successful group – billed by many as one of the pioneering groups of the Madchester movement that was in full flow during the late 1980s and early 1990s – will be performing at Finsbury Park in London on Friday 7 and Saturday 8 June, meaning there is plenty of time to plan a brilliant night of live music with a summer break in one of the excellent hotels in London.
Famed for their turbulent existence as a band, they have released two successful albums since forming in 1983, both of which spawned hit singles such as ‘Love Spreads`, ‘One Love` and ‘Ten Storey Love Song`.
The concert represents just one of many fantastic live events taking place in the capital over the coming year. Be sure to check out the iconic band live in action next summer.
