Having reported on the arrival of The Bodyguard to the West End, it has been announced that the production is now scouring the country for potential stars to join their cast list.

Representatives of the show are looking for young performers to portray the role of Fletcher, the son of the stalked Rachel Marron, who was originally played by Whitney Houston in the 1992 blockbuster movie, on which the show is based.

Children`s Casting Director Jo Hawes needs to draft in six stars for the production at the Adephi and has made a clear indication about the calibre of star needed for the role, stating they must be around 10 or 11 years old and have a voice to die for.

Those who feel they have what it takes to enthral the audiences on the West End should contact the production casting team directly.

Alternatively the show is set to open on at the Adelphi on the 6 November, presenting a fantastic show to enjoy in many of the London theatre breaks available.
